During the initial meeting we get to know you, how you live, how you want your overall space to function and feel and what you want to achieve with your project. We will discuss layout and material options based on preliminary design ideas and inspiration, in addition to outlining the process and tailoring deliverables.
Preliminary Design
Starting with a good foundation is key. At this point we will have a lot of ideas and creative solutions that will bring the design to life. We coordinate meetings, organize workshops, site visits. In addition to the documentation of existing drawings, site measurements and conditions.
We meet with the main consultant, contractors and engineers while reviewing their initial drawings. We make amendments to fix any poor design on an early stage.
We also prepare potential space planning options and concept design layouts - AutoCAD. Together we establish project budget & Design Concept
Schematic Design
Based on the client’s reviews, comments and approval of Preliminary design, we proceed to provide visualization for all areas and deliver visual presentation:

• FF&E (Furniture Fixture & Equipment)
• 3D drawings and renderings
• Mood Board / Finishes & Materials

Final Detailed Drawings and Shop Drawings
Based on the Client’s written approval of the Interior Design
Development phase, we prepare construction documents and
specification packages. Throughout this phase, the Interior
Designer shall coordinate with the Project Team to ensure a
successful completion.
During this stage, and based on updated final AutoCAD drawing
the interior designer provides the final documentation that
incorporates into the Architect’s package for construction
purposes:
• MEP Drawings
• Furnishing Plan
• Interior & Exterior Elevations
• Interior Finish Schedule
• Furniture Fixture Details
• Fixed furniture specification
Budget Estimation- BOQ
Includes all the pricing of the project from Furniture, Accessories,
Curtains, and Rugs to Decorative Lighting etc... This stage is done
after the Client confirms all the designs.
Along with the client, we will Choose Suppliers and Manufacturers
and confirm the Final Quotations.
Procurement
We have very strong relation and partnerships with a big pool of
suppliers, which allows us to move quickly and swiftly through the
installation process. This helps in delivering the right product at
the right place and the right time. We use our directory of contacts
with hundreds of local and international manufacturers and
suppliers to find the best materials, finishes, fixtures, hardware,
furniture, lighting, and accessories to suit each project.
Supervision and Follow-up
• We extensively make Site visits to observe the progress and the
quality of the work.
• Review Contractor’s submittals such as shop drawings, product
data, and samples to the submittals that are related to the items
within the scope of interior Designer’s services.
• Provide final checklist of all Interior items and finishes. Our Design Director Rayya Shaar personally perform final cross check with the client.
Installation
The grand finale of this entire design process is met on Installation
Day. Our Design Director Rayya Shaar personally supervises the
delivery and installation of all the curated pieces chosen to create
your new space.
Final Styling and Decorating
Our Design Director Rayya Shaar, places all the accessories, from
Art work, vases to decorative plants and gives her final touches.
This is a special day where the grand finale is revealed.
